Return policy

Digital Products

 

The following section covers all digital products, including memberships, online courses, and other educational content sold by Kaikala View, Laura Aschenbrenner (via lauraasche.de and affiliated websites). Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase:  

As we offer intangible, non-returnable goods, we are unable to issue refunds for digital products once the order has been confirmed and access to the product has been sent.

 

Consumer protection laws give you the right to make claims against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As the seller, we may issue a refund if there is a technical issue and we are unable to resolve the problem.

 

We consider a technical issue to be one of the following:

- Non-delivery of the product: If you did not receive a delivery email due to issues with your email provider or mail server, we recommend contacting us.

- Significant defects: While all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. These issues must be reported to us directly.

- Products that do not match the description: Such issues must be reported to our technical support within 14 days of the purchase date. Clear evidence must be provided that the purchased product does not match the description on the product page. Complaints based on incorrect expectations or customer wishes will not be considered.

 

Our refund policy is freely accessible on our website. Please note that by purchasing a digital product through our website, you acknowledge our refund policy.

Our contact details can be found in every order confirmation email. If you wish to change or cancel your subscription model, please email us with your order ID and further payment details. Please note that you can only change or cancel a subscription that is registered under your name and email address. Your subscription is paid in advance, so we will terminate it at the end of the current term.

Events

 

The following section applies to all events organized by Laura Aschenbrenner. It applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to: transport disruptions and cancellations, border closures, denied travel visas, illness, travel or health warnings, and quarantines. Please read the following terms carefully before booking:

 

Transfer of Your Spot to Another Person

You can transfer your spot to a friend or acquaintance, provided the payment has been fully received. Our policies also apply to substitute participants. In this case, you must send a notification to hello@lauraasche.de.

 

Cancellation: 

A. Online Events:

All tickets for online events are non-refundable. It may be possible to transfer your ticket to another event, subject to availability.

 

B. In-Person Events:  

If you need to cancel your booking, please send a written notification to hello@lauraasche.de. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will proceed as follows:

 

Valid notification received:  

- More than 3 months before the event: A full refund minus a processing fee of €5 will be issued.  

- Between 3 months and 1 month before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.  

- Less than 1 month before the event: No refund will be issued.

 

All participants acknowledge that changes to the schedule, location, content, hosts, or other arrangements may occur with little or no prior notice before the event date due to reasons such as, but not limited to, weather events, security events, border closures, health warnings, illness or injury of the host or team. Laura Aschenbrenner reserves the right to make such changes, although we will try to make decisions together with the participants.

 

It may be necessary to cancel an event due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. If Laura Aschenbrenner is forced to cancel an event, we will offer you the choice between: (a) a refund of the amount paid or (b) a credit for a future event of your choice, subject to availability, up to the original ticket value.

 

In such cases, our liability is limited to the refund of the fees in accordance with the above policy for the affected event. Furthermore, we are not liable for any costs or losses arising from changes or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

We reserve the right to refund the payment and refuse acceptance of a booking at any time for any reason without any penalties to us.

 

Any refund due will be processed within 30 days after receiving the cancellation notice and will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 days.

 

To request a change or cancellation of your booking, please email us with your order number and additional booking details.
